Funny Girl!

I love that movie. I didn't know it came from a book ---  is it Fanny Brice's story?

Brain Storm . . . Oh, I see.

And here I thought it was music . . . lol. But that didn't make sense, so I looked it up. I read that the teenage brain doesn't fully ripen (develop, I know, but I like the word 'ripen' better) until they are 25? Now that explains a lot.

I read "Funny Girl" by Nicky Hornby and most of his other novels. It's not about Fanny Brice, Michele. It's about a British girl who became a famous t.v. comedic actress and her experiences. It's pretty good.

Sorry, I missed this.
No, I have taken a break. In February and the beginning of March I spent a couple of weeks at home and had plenty of time to watch a lot of things, which I did! I was watching episode after episode after episode missing sleep. It did not matter if I got out of bed late in the morning.
So I had to get myself back on the rails.
Especially now that Bono is gone I have to make sure that I spend enough time outdoors in the sunshine (whenever it is available) to keep my spirits and vitamin D levels up (I had a considerable deficiency last year)!

I see. But do keep us up to date when you resume watching. 😉

By the way, my brother and his wife are in the process of adopting another rescue. They're very excited, it's taken some of the pain away.

How are you doing, Martine?
