Interesting - I didn't realise Iceland would have a McDonald's. I suppose many countries do now. The saddest thing I read was "Fast Food Nation" that in some parts of the world parents buy the Happy Meals for the toys and throw away the food.

Fifi, my sister would buy happy meals for the toys but she never threw a meal away. Now, 200+ pounds later ... (and she is only 5' 4")
