I am baking my own bread again. Thank God I have finally found a flour mix that pleases my personal taste somewhat. I add nuts, raisins and dried fruits to the dough so that I obtain a real calory bomb... My latest baking efforts produced a real bomb though... Well, I am going to enjoy the remains of the evening anyhow.

Ooh, I have a bread machine too. It's downstairs, maybe time I hauled it out. Lisa can make bread from scratch (though I use the machine). There's nothing quite like the smell of homemade bread wafting through the house.

I love homemade bread, too! My problem with it is that it is far too tempting when it first comes out of the oven. One loaf lasts about 1/2 hour in our house.
