Carol, go get em. Make your dreams come true. If you think you can do this, and you feel passionate about it, then go for it!

Hula and Michelle,

Well, I've checked around, and there is nothing, in any medium that says Caregiver Pictures.  I haven't put the legal stamp on this, but, I feel good about making the legal  rounds next Tuesday, February 20th, which would have been my Dad's 88th Birthday.  I know, I know, you're all probably exhausted from me talking about him.  But really, he was an exceptional man, and I know he would have wanted me to thank everyone who "gave a damn," about him.  And, since I am a Leo, I go big.

Hula, I just want to make this very clear, with all respect to you, knowing that I can be abrasive.  I want to start Caregiver Pictures with what I have.  No need for anyone to contribute a penny.  This is the beauty of what I am proposing.  I will use my talent to make this company a reality.

Hula, here's a bright spot.  On April 11th, I will be storming my Illinois State Legislature, for Alzheimer's Caregiver Rights.  We have a bold agenda this year. My focus is on the right of an Alzheimer Patient to remain in his/her home, with the, my words, "the faithful guidance of nurses, social workers and doctors."  I know, you are just a legislative act or paycheck away from hunger.  I'm there.  Please hold on.

Let's envision a day where we can both meet on the Red Carpet, as Caregivers, maybe in our own clothes and jewelry.  But happy that we made art that someone "gave a damn" about....You certainly gave your life for us.  Starting a company honoring you, is the least I can do.

Well, thank you Michèle, that is really kind of you. Of course, we get to know people and their families, and it is always nice to see them get better. It is nice to see people return for non-residential treatment. Some do really well.
Unfortunately, the outcome cannot always be positive.
We try and sometimes make a difference.

I can imagine that you were afraid to touch your little baby girl. I would be the same.

I hope you succeed, CarolUK! But I sure as hell do not want a red carpet! I would have to shed some weight first....

Hello everyone,

Today is exactly six weeks since my dad passed. Unless someone on this website feels motivated to challenge me, I will be opening up Caregiver Pictures.
